A strange disease that turns humans into monsters suddenly begins to spread across a devastated world. Those infected with this disease, "Monster Disease," have their physical abilities and desires amplified, turning them into violent mobs that attack humans. Eudex, a man with an abnormal hatred for those infected with this dreadful Monster Disease, believes that this hatred holds the key to his lost memories, and he begins eliminating those infected with Monster Disease one after another.
